Members of the Boys and Girls Clubs may choose to take free violin lessons taught by La Crosse Symphony Orchestra members.

String Scholarships

11 Scholarships are available for students from k-12 to audition for each year. Winnings include discounts on lessons or a free year of lessons. They also include 2 season tickets to the symphony!

Symphony for Youth

Thousands of elementary students get to experience the real symphony for a 45 minute performance with an educational element. This experience brings smiles and a new appreciation for classical music!

Richard Record Rising Stars Concerto Competition

A high-level concerto competition brings the top high school musicians from the upper midwest
