Internships:
The LSO offers unpaid internships in four areas: development, education, marketing & public relations, and operations. All internships are unpaid, although interns are encouraged to take advantage of free tickets during the performance season (October through April).

Departmental time requirements vary, but most are flexible. Responsibilities vary greatly, but some responsibilities may include data entry, inventory, mailers, press release distribution, telephoning, assisting with event planning and updating web-site. Interns are encouraged to attend departmental meetings as well. Most internships require a commitment of 10-20 hrs per week for a three-month period.
